Overview - Magnetic Palletiser
Pneumatically switchable permanent Palletiser / Depalletiser magnet
Ideal for picking up magnetic products such as tins, off/on a pallet and on/off a conveyor belt. It also works well with loads that have a rough, uneven or painted surface.
Available in both standard and custom size rectangular configurations, the Magnetic Palletiser and Depalletiser is typically used in pick up and place or lifting applications in the food, animal food and energy industries. Safely lift heavy loads with the Palletiser/Depalletiser’s permanent magnetic technology. Only a brief pulse of compressed air is needed to switch the unit on or off. After it has been activated or deactivated, it will remain in that state until another air pulse is applied. In the event of a power failure, the load stays securely held.
