A leading European wholesale business approached us for a solution for garland hanging of various advertising publications. The solution had to be cost effective but also meet with the reliability and the in store health and safety demands. In addition the magnet strength needed to provide sufficient strength and rigidity to hold the weight of the signage without swinging or the risk of falling off. The magnets also had to be suitable for attaching to a lightweight steel frame which was coated.

High Strength Neodymium Pot Magnet Assembly

We specified a Neodymium Pot assembly. The high strength neodymium magnet material can hold 25 kg per magnet from a small surface area. This was trialled and eventually rolled out throughout the client’s worldwide stores. In addition to solving the safety and rigid mounting problems, hanging signage was able to be carried out 60% faster than other mounting means.
