Magnetic Switchable Welding Clamps
Applying magnetics to welding clamps offers a faster, more accuarate positioning of components prior to welding or fabrication. These quick application clamps are can be used for square tubing, flat or angled stock. A value adding feature is the ability to finely adjust positioning with pinpoint accuracy before full clamping. It also enables quick realease after welding is complete. See it in action below.
Magnetic welding clamps are a great alternative for tack welding applications to traditional corner clamps, angle clamps, two axis clamps or C-Clamps for angles. Standard angle clamps require positioning of the metal in the clamp then gradual tightening of the clamp to hold the pieces in position. This can be time consuming and awkward to determine the correct position without movement or slippage.
